As both a developer of Below Market Rate (BMR) homes and a designer/operator of a variety of affordable homeownership programs, Hello Housing is helping working families call California home for generations to come.
What we do
We specialize in designing and administering diverse affordable housing programs to support missing-middle housing strategies. Our innovative approaches include creating pathways to homeownership and developing programs that enable the Bay Area's workforce to live and thrive in their communities. We also collaborate closely with government partners to preserve and protect affordable housing by offering professional management of below market rate housing portfolios, including working with builders of inclusionary housing.

Hello Stewardship provides active, professional, and affordable administration of Below Market Rate (BMR) ownership and rental programs on behalf of government partners. When managed well, BMR programs create long-term housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income families for generations to come.
